How do I delete my account? ⌄
Open the Saqal app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us at support@anonymuslim.com and we’ll handle it within 24 hours. Your data is purged from our servers within 30 days.
I forgot my password. ⌄
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?". You’ll get an email with a reset code. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam or contact us.
Do you have an Android version? ⌄
Saqal is currently iOS-only. Android is on the roadmap but doesn’t have an ETA.
Is my hifz data backed up? ⌄
Yes. Your review progress is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers (encrypted in transit and at rest). If you reinstall or switch devices, sign in with the same account and your progress is restored.
