Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using any anonymuslim app or service (Saqal, Muazzin, Qari, and others), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you’re under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior.

4. Content & accuracy

Our apps display Quranic text, translations, and audio recitations from third-party sources we believe to be reliable. However:

• We don’t warrant the absolute accuracy of any translation or transliteration
• For matters of religious practice, please consult qualified scholars
• The apps are study aids — not substitutes for traditional Quranic instruction

5. User-generated content

Future versions of our apps may let you upload audio recordings or other content ("User Content"). When you upload User Content:

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• You grant anonymuslim a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your User Content for the purpose of providing the service
• You confirm you have the right to upload it (no copyrighted material you don’t own or have permission to share)
• You won’t upload content that’s illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates others’ rights

6. Acceptable use

Don’t:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use our APIs or services in ways that exceed reasonable usage
• Misrepresent yourself or another person
• Interfere with the operation of the service for other users

7. Pricing & purchases

Saqal and other anonymuslim apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, or donation options. Pricing is shown in-app and at time of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) per their policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost (though we take reasonable steps to prevent data loss).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, anonymuslim won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
